The Halloween is coming!! so, enjoy this delicious recipe!!
Cookies Ingredients:
200 gr (7/8 cups) of butter
200 gr (7/8 cups) of refined sugar
2 eggs
1/2 ground teaspoons of cinnamon
vanilla extract
orange grated rind
3 cocoa spoons
2 cups of all purpouse flour
Decoration Ingredients:
500 gr (4 1/2 cups) of confectioners’ sugar
2 white eggs
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 spoons of water
flavored (optional) vanilla, orange, pineapple, lemon
artificial colors
Cookies Directions:
Beat the butter whit the sugar until they cream
Incorporate the two eggs and mix
Add the vanilla extract, the cinnamon, the orange grated rind and the flour. Mix them very well, let rest and refrigerate from the previous day or two hours minimum soon to work it and to extend leaving it a thickness of half centimeter (1/4 inches) approximately.
Cut with the aid of cutters the cookies forms (pupkins, cats, ghosts, or anything else)
Put the cookies in a greased cookie sheet to bake at 300 ºC (576 F) for 15 minutes until they are gilded
Decoration Directions:
Mix the sugar with the two white eggs. Beat so well
Add the lemon juice, the water and the flavor that you choose and the appropriated colors
Cover the cookies with this “glass” and use founded chocolate for the details.
